      WHAT YOU'LL NEED

      • 2 ounces WhistlePig Small Batch Rye Aged 10 Years
      • 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
      • 3/4 ounce honey syrup
      • Garnish: lemon twist and "gold" shavings

      WHAT YOU'LL DO

      • Add the rye, honey syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. 
      • Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube. 
      • Garnish with a lemon twist and gold shavings. Yes, real gold.
